Animation

I have always been interested in ways to combine the feeling of still photography with motion. These short animations are an attempt to cross the bridge between the still and the moving image. In general, the base photographs come from my own archive while the textures are a mix of images I’ve sourced online and my own large texture library from around the world. Utilizing many textured layers allows me to work more like a painter as I build the image from the ground up.
